A few days ago, as part of our company’s collaboration with the Aquila Hotels & Resorts Group, the training seminar “Barista Skills Foundations” was held at the DANDALIS Academy for members of the Group, so they could learn the basics of preparing espresso.
The seminar was led by the Barista Trainers Konstantinos Kousiouris and Stavros Kipreos, who revealed the secrets and brewing techniques that will lead to the creation of the “perfect” espresso!
